We work in dye sublimation, which removes most of those trade-offs. The design goes into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so a seven-color gradient costs the same to print as a single-color logo, and the finish doesn't peel, crack or stiffen up.
That means you can put the whole design on the garment - sleeves, side panels, back, collar to hem - and it still feels like a shirt when you put it on.

It can't crack or peel
Vinyl and plastisol sit on the surface as a separate layer, which is why old team shirts end up flaking across the chest. Sublimation dyes the fiber itself. There's no layer to come away, so the design ages at the same rate as the garment.

Color count is free
Screen printing charges per color, because each one is a separate screen and a separate pass. Sublimation prints the whole image at once. A photographic background with a dozen sponsor logos costs no more to print than one flat color.

Edge to edge, seam to seam
The design can run right off the edge of the panel - sleeves, sides, collar, hem - rather than stopping at a print area in the middle of the chest. That's what makes a jersey look like a race jersey instead of a t-shirt with a badge on it.

It stays breathable
Because nothing is added on top, the fabric keeps its weight and its stretch. No stiff plastic panel trapping heat against your chest in the middle of a summer race weekend.

Before you order.
Do I have to order in bulk?
Nope. If one shirt is all you need, that's a perfectly good order and we'll print it. The only thing quantity changes is the unit price - the bigger the run, the lower it goes.
How fast will I get it?
Your design comes back within 7 days. Once you've approved the artwork and placed the final order, production and shipping take another 2–3 weeks.
Where is everything made?
In the USA, start to finish. The design work and the manufacturing both happen under our own roof - none of it is sent offshore at any stage.
What if I don’t have artwork yet?
Then our design team builds it for you. They handle the whole thing in-house - original shirt graphics, logo work, or breathing new life into a design you already have.
How well does the print hold up?
Sublimation permanently bonds the design into the fabric, so it won't crack, peel or flake like a surface-applied print. With proper care, colors stay vibrant wash after wash.
