Everything below is printed the same way, from the same artwork file, so a jersey and a hooded long sleeve ordered together actually match. Mix and match freely - most teams start with jerseys and add from there.

Race Team Jerseys

The centerpiece of most orders. Full-bleed sublimation means sponsor logos can run across the sleeves and around the sides rather than being squeezed into a rectangle on the chest - which is usually the difference between gear that looks professional and gear that looks like a printed t-shirt.

Per-person names and numbers are handled at the artwork stage, so each jersey is individually laid out before anything is printed. Add a rider mid-season and we can match the original file.

Best for: Driver and crew gear, pit lane and trackside, anywhere sponsors need to be reproduced accurately

Tank Tops

The hot-weekend staple. Same print treatment as the jerseys, less of it to wear - which matters when you're working in a pit lane in August.

Because the print goes into the fabric rather than sitting on it, a tank stays as breathable as a blank one. That's not true of a heavy screen-printed panel, which is the usual complaint about printed tanks.

Best for: Summer race weekends, hot shop days, training and gym wear

Hooded Long Sleeve

For early starts at the ramp and whatever happens after the racing stops. Usually the piece a team keeps wearing long after the season ends, which makes it the one worth getting right.

Full-coverage printing means panels, side stripes, sleeves and the hood itself can all carry the design rather than just a chest logo. Worth thinking about how the artwork sits where the hood meets the shoulders - we'll flag it on the proof if it lands awkwardly.

T-Shirts

The volume piece. Handed out to fans, sold at events, worn by everyone who is around but not in the crew. Often ordered in larger runs than the jerseys and in a wider spread of sizes.

The same artwork that goes on the jerseys can be adapted here, so a fan tee reads as part of the same family without being a straight copy of the race gear.

Bikinis

Where it all started. Demon Bikini has been making swimwear since 2020, and the same crew now prints custom bikinis in your team colors, sponsor logos or event artwork.

Popular for race team promo models, boat parties, poker runs and event giveaways - anywhere the look needs to match the rest of the team gear.

Sizing

Get the size run right
the first time.

Mixed sizes across a team are normal and cost nothing extra - a twenty-piece run can be twenty different sizes without changing the price. What costs you is guessing, because a sublimated garment is printed to order and can't be swapped like a blank.

If you're not sure, say so on the order form and we'll send a size sheet before anything is confirmed. It's a short delay that saves a long one.

Collect sizes before you order. A shared sheet with one row per person is the fastest way, and it doubles as your names-and-numbers list.
Ask for the size chart. Fit varies between styles - a jersey and a hooded long sleeve in the same nominal size won't sit the same.
Order a spare or two. People join, people lose things, and a reorder for a single piece is rarely worth it.
Flag anyone at the edges. If someone sits outside a standard run, tell us early rather than at proof stage.
